Notes

Some psalms, such as Psalm 88 (Thursday Vigils, Week 2)
are separated into sections. In the office, each section is treated
as a psalm. In all such cases, the Psalm number is printed
in bold (and is one type-size larger than the rest) and the sections are
printed in Italic.

In the Office of Vigils, the line separating two
sets of Psalms (or portions of psalms) divides these into "Nocturns".
